5/1 TAP-SF x BWYA hike: Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve
Event Description:
Join TAP-SF & BWYA for a fun morning hike at Skyline Ridge Preserve near Portola Valley. We will go on a 3.3 mile (718 ft elevation gain) moderately challenging loop trail
(https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/california/alpine-pond-to-horseshoe-lake) that will take ~2 hours. If you’d like to carpool to the hike, please leave a message in the event page so we can coordinate rides. Meet at the Russian Ridge Preserve parking (https://goo.gl/maps/HqfmmpKTq1khnu2z9).
Sunday 5/1 10am
After the hike we will eat lunch at State Street Market in Los Altos (https://goo.gl/maps/KZMAfUFP7aCPzVC68) and mingle! They have several options including “Taiwanese-Korean concept Bǎo Bèi by Meichih and Michael Kim (formerly of Palo Alto’s Michelin-starred Maum).”
Safety first! By RSVP’ing to this event, you are agreeing to the following event terms:
- If you are not fully vaccinated, you must wear a face covering during the entire event. A mask is optional for those who are fully vaccinated. If joining lunch, we plan to dine outdoors, but please have a mask in case any portion of lunch is indoors.
- Maintain safe distancing between yourself and other attendees.
- Refrain from attending if you are sick and have either tested positive for COVID-19 or been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive. This includes those who are fully vaccinated as well.
- Comply with all site regulations of the venue where the event is hosted.
- Release the organizers of the event of any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred by you during the event.
