把變動不安的、不可憑信的依靠廢除掉，
去找尋生命真正的依靠—
那沒有瞋恨、永遠慈悲和智慧的皈依處，
以及沿著佛陀教法訓練出的相續中那永不枯竭的力量。」

Master Zhen Ru said “ We should consider what is the power that you could rely on forever? Abandon our dependence on things that are ever-changing and unreliable and seek the true refuge of life—a sanctuary free of anger and forever full of compassion and wisdom. We shall seek the inexhaustible power originating from the mind trained in Buddha’s teaching.”
